Terry Collier

Terry has significant experience in the delivery of training programmes, gained in a variety of roles within engineering, industry and the public sector, most recently as Apprenticeship Manager at Celsa Steel UK. Terry is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (FInstLM), an Associate Member of CIPD (AssocCIPD) and holds an MBA and a diploma in Human Resource Management. Terry is an advocate for the possibilities that professional learning and development can deliver and has spent much of his career mentoring individuals to achieve a wide variety of work-based qualifications, including the ILM and NVQ qualification routes.This experience is ideally suited to supporting the membership with their learning journeys and understanding training and development requirements for the compressed air industry. Terry joined BCAS in February 2024 as a dedicated training resource for its membership in his role as Training and Development Officer.
