Meltem Soydan Middleton-Duff

Meltem established Smart Compressors & Equipment Ltd with her husband Graeme in 2012, with over 26 years’ experience in the compressed air industry in the UK and Turkey, Meltem has been involved in every part of the business and has a passion for training and believes in teamwork, mutual respect, and support. Historically known (2009-2025) we owned and ran HKL.

Meltem was elected as the Committee Chair of the BCAS Training Committee in August 2021 and Co-opted to the BCAS Board of Directors in February 2022.
