Jason Morgan

Jason spent over 20 years as a professional qualified Corporate Banker for both Barclays and RBS Group. This career afforded him an insight and experience in company/market analysis, relationship and project management including outsourcing in India, divisional strategic ownership and executive board, (COO) positions with the groups’ asset and sales financing businesses.

Jason joined HPC in December 2013 as Managing Director with the objective of building upon the strong foundation laid over the previous 40 years. Focusing on growth within its core business, together with development of new propositions and markets for their world class suite of products and services, Jason was appointed to the BCAS Board, in 2016. He will look to challenge the norm and view the way forward with a slightly different lens, providing greater focus on the financial approach taken by BCAS for its members.
