Martin Wright

Martin joined our industry in October 1979, working for CompAir BroomWade Ltd. From 1983, he worked in both UK and export sales roles for the company and in 1992 he began to concentrate within the air treatment sector by joining Hankison UK Ltd. and then Dryvent Ltd. in 1994.

In 1999, Martin joined Silicair Dryers Limited after they acquired the Dryvent business and in 2002 he was a key member of a management buyout team that purchased the company from the original directors. Since then, he has held the position of Sales & Marketing Director as part owner / Director of the business.

Martin chaired our PCAT Committee from 1999 to 2015, and after holding this chairman position for a number of years, he was invited to become President of BCAS from 2008-2010
